A creamy, cheesy, and comforting casserole featuring tender chicken, spinach, and artichoke hearts, perfect for a family dinner.

- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or diced
- 1 can (14 ounces) artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 2 cups fresh spinach, chopped (or 1 cup frozen spinach, thawed)
- 1 cup cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and sour cream. Mix well until smooth.
- Stir in the cooked chicken, chopped artichoke hearts, and spinach.
- Sprinkle in the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, and mix until well combined.
- Fold in half of the shredded mozzarella cheese and all of the grated Parmesan cheese.
- Spread the mixture into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella cheese on top of the casserole.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden on top.
- Let it cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For added crunch, top with breadcrumbs before baking.
- Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
- Cover with foil if the top starts to brown too quickly.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days.
- Freeze for up to 2-3 months. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
