- 1/2 cup diced carrots
- 1/4 cup green onions, sliced
- 1 head iceberg lettuce
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add a splash of oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet. Use a spatula to break it apart and cook until it’s nicely browned and cooked through.
- Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, bell pepper, and carrots. Cook until the veggies are soft, about 5 minutes.
- While the beef mixture is cooking, carefully separate the lettuce leaves and rinse them under cold water. Pat them dry.
- Spoon a generous amount of the beef mixture into each leaf of lettuce. Top with green onions for an extra crunch.
- Serve immediately.
