Description

Snowman Brownies are festive treats perfect for winter celebrations.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 ½ cups granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup cocoa powder
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¾ cup all-purpose flour
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • Large marshmallows (cut in half)
  • Mini chocolate chips (eyes & buttons)
  • Orange sprinkles or candy melts (nose)
  • Black icing or melted chocolate (mouth & details)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and cocoa powder until smooth.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix well.
  4. Fold in flour and salt. Do not overmix.
  5. Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  6. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  7. Cool completely before decorating.
  8. Press marshmallow halves onto each brownie to form snowman heads.
  9. Decorate with chocolate chips, orange candy noses, and icing for faces.
