- 1 (25 oz) package frozen cheese ravioli
- 3 cups marinara sauce
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Grease your slow cooker to prevent sticking. Place half of the frozen ravioli at the bottom.
- Spoon half of the marinara sauce over the ravioli. Dollop half of the ricotta and one cup of mozzarella cheese on top. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Add the remaining frozen ravioli on top, followed by the rest of the marinara, ricotta, and finish with the remaining mozzarella cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 3 hours or until the ravioli are tender and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Garnish with fresh basil if desired, and serve hot with a side of crusty bread or salad.
Notes
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Reheat gently on the stove or in the microwave.
- Can be frozen for up to 3 months if stored properly. Thaw overnight in the fridge before reheating.
- Frozen cheese ravioli works best, but you can experiment with other fillings.
- Homemade marinara sauce can be used for extra flavor.
