- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley (for garnish, optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a small bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, dried thyme, salt, and pepper until it forms a paste.
- Rub the seasoning mixture all over the chicken thighs.
- Place the seasoned chicken thighs, skin-side up, on a baking sheet lined with foil or parchment paper.
- Bake the chicken in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- For an extra crispy skin, broil on high for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.
Notes
- Let the chicken rest after cooking to allow juices to redistribute.
- Experiment with flavors by swapping out herbs and spices.
- Avoid crowding on the baking sheet for even browning.
