- 1/2 packet Ranch seasoning mix
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced pepperonchinis or banana peppers
Instructions
- Wash, peel, and cube the potatoes for your Mississippi Chicken & Potatoes recipe.
