- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon grated ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1/4 cup water
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- Chopped green onions for garnish
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Cook until browned, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, about 7 to 10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- In a bowl, mix soy sauce, brown sugar, honey, grated ginger, minced garlic, cornstarch, and water to create a smooth sauce.
- Once the beef is browned, pour the sauce over the cooked beef in the skillet. Stir well to coat the beef evenly.
- Turn the heat to medium-low and let the mixture simmer for about 5-7 minutes or until the sauce thickens.
- Once thickened, drizzle the sesame oil into the skillet and give it a good stir. Remove from heat.
- Serve the beef over a bed of rice or quinoa, sprinkling with chopped green onions and sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
- Use lean ground beef for a healthier meal.
- Adjust sweetness or saltiness of the sauce to your preference.
- Add vegetables like bell peppers, snap peas, or carrots for extra nutrients.
