Description

A simple and delicious low-carb dressing made with tahini and fresh herbs, perfect for salads and dips.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the tahini, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the tahini mixture. Whisk until well combined.
  3. Fold in the chopped mint, parsley, and dill until evenly distributed throughout the dressing.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or lemon juice to your preference.
  5. For best flavor, chill the dressing in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
  6. Serve over salads, grilled vegetables, or as a dip for fresh veggies.
