Description

Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs are stuffed rolls filled with seasoned ground beef and melted cheddar, wrapped in biscuit dough, brushed with garlic butter, and topped with Parmesan for a crispy finish. These make a savory appetizer, snack, or party food.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 can (16 ounces) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
  • 4 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
  • 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink, breaking it into small pieces. Drain excess fat.
  3. Add salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce to the beef. Stir well.
  4. Mix in the shredded cheddar cheese until melted and combined. Remove from heat.
  5. On a lightly floured surface, roll each biscuit into a 1/4-inch thick circle.
  6. Spoon about 2 tablespoons of the beef and cheese mixture onto the center of each dough circle.
  7. Fold the dough up and over the filling, pinching the edges to seal. Place seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
  8. In a small bowl, combine the melted butter and minced garlic. Brush the tops of each bomb with garlic butter.
  9. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese evenly on top of each bomb.
  10. Bake for 12–15 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  11. Remove from the oven and garnish with chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot.

Notes

  • You can use mozzarella or a cheese blend in place of cheddar.
  • For extra flavor, add cooked bacon to the filling.
  • Serve with ranch, ketchup, or your favorite dipping sauce.
  • Refrigerate leftovers and reheat in an oven or air fryer for best texture.
