Instructions
- Prepare the Saffron Mash: Boil the potatoes with saffron threads until tender (about 15 minutes). Drain and return to the pot. Mash with heavy cream, butter, salt, and pepper until smooth. Keep warm.
- Cook the Lobster Bites: Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sauté minced garlic until fragrant (about 30 seconds). Add the lobster pieces and cook for 3-4 minutes, until opaque. Season with salt and pepper.
- Assemble the Dish: Spoon a generous amount of saffron mash onto a plate. Top with the garlic butter lobster bites and garnish with fresh parsley.
