A rich and creamy butterscotch fudge that’s easy to make.

- 1 cup brown sugar, packed
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup butterscotch chips
- ¼ tsp salt
- Optional: Chopped nuts for topping
Instructions
- Line an 8×8-inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan over medium heat, melt butter and brown sugar together. Stir until smooth.
- Add sweetened condensed milk and salt. Cook for 5–6 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and stir in butterscotch chips and vanilla until melted and smooth.
- Pour mixture into prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle nuts on top if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator 2 hours or until firm.
- Cut into squares and serve.
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge.
- For extra richness, drizzle melted chocolate over the fudge.
