- 4 (8-inch) flour tortillas
- 1 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/2 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
- Salt and pepper to taste

- Optional toppings: hot sauce, salsa, avocado
Instructions
- Prepare the Filling: In a pan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil. Sauté diced bell peppers and chopped onion until tender, about 5 minutes.

- Heat It Up: Place the rolled burrito seam-side down in the same pan. Cook for 1-2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
- Serve: Slice in half if desired and top with your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
