Homemade Big Mac Sauce


Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 1 tablespoon yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  1. Add mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, and yellow mustard to a medium mixing bowl.
  2. Stir in garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add white vinegar and mix well until smooth and fully blended.
  4. Whisk the mixture thoroughly to eliminate any spice clumps.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop.
  6. Serve chilled on burgers, sandwiches, or as a dipping sauce.
