- 2 medium apples, peeled, cored, and sliced thin

- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
- 3 tablespoons butter (for drizzle)

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (for drizzle)
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
- Optional: 2 tablespoons chopped pecans or raisins
Instructions
- Peel, core, and thinly slice the apples.
- In a skillet, melt 2 tablespoons butter over medium heat.
- Add apples, brown sugar, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.
- Cook for 6–8 minutes until apples are soft but still hold shape.
- Stir in vanilla extract and cornstarch. Cook 2 more minutes until thickened.
- Lay out tortillas and add apple filling down the center.
- Fold bottom edge up, tuck in the sides, and roll tightly.
- In a clean skillet, melt some butter and place wraps seam-side down.
- Cook each wrap for 2–3 minutes per side until golden and crisp.
- In a small saucepan, melt 3 tablespoons butter with 2 tablespoons brown sugar.
- Cook over low heat until melted and bubbling, then stir in vanilla.
- Drizzle wraps with brown sugar butter and dust with powdered sugar.
- Serve warm, optionally with ice cream or whipped cream.
